The popular street painting contest will be held May 7th – stay tuned for details!!
Artists in town will be highlighted in a new column The Arts in EG in the East Greenwich Monthly magazine. Please ask any artists you know in town to email jpeg photos (vertical shots work best, but horizontal photos are acceptable as well) to Kate Phillips at editor@EGMonline.com along with the name of the artist, the title of the artwork, the medium, and a contact email address and/or web site information. The artists are welcome to include another sentence or two about the piece as well.

15th Annual 2010 Summer’s End Concert
on Friday September 3, 2010 in Academy Field.
Featuring: The Rhode Island Philharmonic Orchestra.
Come and relax with family and friends while enjoying the free Pops concert. The concert will be preceded, as always, by our Veteran’s and Children’s parades and a performance by the East Greenwich High School Jazz Band. Bring blankets and chairs. Free event
